As the next generation model, the 2018 version of the Toyota Camry ushers in the eighth generation of a car we’ve known for a long time. This new model builds on the foundation that’s already in place to put an emphasis on the style, driving dynamics, and gives you the choice of several trims, three powertrains and more. Pop the Hood

As with any car, you want to take a look under the hood of the new Camry to see what’s offered. The base engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder model that brings 203 horsepower in the L, LE, SE, XLE and XSE models. Moving up you’ll see a 3.5-liter V6 engine that pushes the power up to the 301 horsepower mark for the XLE and XSE. Finally, the hybrid model uses a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric hybrid motor added to the mix. This hybrid model can give you as much as 53 mpg on the highway to make sure you can have the fuel mileage you’re looking for.
