Adding 4WD to the mix of any of the models will cost a few thousand more which means you can easily have a loaded Sequoia for under $70,000 which in the large SUV segment is not a bad price at all.

Of course in order to gets this big beast going you have to enjoy the power of a great engine.  The Sequoia makes great use of the massive 5.7-liter V8 engine that puts out 381 horsepower and 401 lb.-ft. of torque.  This is the only engine offered on this large SUV and it is attached to a six-speed automatic transmission to bring in the fuel mileage of 13 city/17 hwy mpg for the RWD versions, 13 city/17 hwy mpg for the 4WD models and 9 city/12 hwy mpg when using the E85 flex fuel in the 4WD version.  This powertrain also gives you the full power of being able to tow up to 7,400 pounds in order to handle the heavy loads when called upon to do so.
