The aviation company Blade just partnered with Mercedes-Benz to add an extra touch of class to its seaplane, jet, or helicopter service.
Blade serves customers with exclusive flights around urban destinations like New York City. Custom Mercedes parts go into the Blade-branded Maybachs that will now be available for customers to use between Blade Lounges and commercial terminals at JFK International Airport in NYC.
Mercedes-Benz Luxury Experience
Mercedes is naturally no stranger to luxury, and it will outfit Blade with an ICE SUV, an ICE Sedan, and an EQS SUV. These vehicles will be available at the arrival terminals of commercial airlines to ferry guests back to the Blade Lounge in style. How the Blade Experience Works
Once you return from a trip and add the Blade experience, you’ll get a text from Blade telling you where your waiting Maybach is at the arrivals terminal. You can upgrade your experience further by adding a meet-and-greet service. This includes a representative meeting you at the baggage claim and then escorting you to the waiting car.
Further, as a Blade guest, you can enjoy the private lounge on West 30th Street, East 34th Street, or Newark Airport before or after your flight. Blade also offers various exclusive events and trips that have limited spots available.
When you visit Blade.com, there are several options to choose from, like Blade JetPass for flights between New York and Florida, Blade Hamptons for flights between Manhattan and five Hamptons destinations, or Blade Anywhere for private charters. There are also Blade flights for game days.
