For years any car with four doors had to be put in the sedan category but over the past several years that has changed. The Sport trim brings in a navigation system, bi-xenon adaptive headlights and push button starting. The R-Line will give you a car that has 18-inch wheels, leather seating, more aggressive bumper treatments and steering wheel paddle shifters. At any of these trims you have a great car even at the base setting.

As for the options for the CC the additional features you can find include a two-tone interior, 18-inch alloy wheels, leather seating, a power panoramic glass moonroof and ambient lighting. The Executive Carbon package adds carbon colored leather seating and carbon colored interior accents. That the tip of the line the car adds AWD, a premium Dynaudio sound system, parking sensors, a power operated rear sunshade, ventilated front seats, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking and lane departure warning. You can have a car that is extremely close to one that is a luxury model.

The driving of the new CC is one that offers a great performance with the use of a tight and active suspension along with a steering that is dynamic and responsive to give you the drive you want to enjoy. The ride is so smooth you won’t feel road imperfections and barely will feel potholes. The first one is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine that shows up with 200 horsepower and 207 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine can be attached to either a manual or automatic transmission to give you a full power train that offers good fuel mileage. This car shows up with 21 city/32 hwy mpg for the manual or 22 city/31 hwy mpg for the automatic. For this one and the next engine only premium gasoline is to be used.

The second engine for this car shows up at the 3.6-liter V6 engine size which comes in with more power at the 280 horsepower and 265 lb.-ft. mark. This engine is attached to an automatic transmission and offers AWD to give you much better driving control than with the FWD version which is what you find with the smaller engine. The fuel mileage of this larger engine comes in at 17 city/25 hwy mpg to allow you to enjoy the awesome drive of a car that has greater power and is sporty and fun to drive.

The CC comes in at a base price of a little under $32,500 while adding the automatic transmission will add another $1,000. The Sport comes in at $35,340 and the R-Line starts out just a little over $36,600. When you look for a fully loaded CC the price you will pay comes out over $45,000, but this car is so close to a luxury model it might as well be one. With this fully loaded model you won’t want for any features that aren’t included because everything you can think of comes on this car.

Looking inside the cabin of the CC the look is attractive and inviting with gorgeous materials that offer a variety of appearances including metals and leather. Some trims even let you enjoy real leather upholstery to ensure you can have a great feel and awesome look that is perfect for the drive.
