One of Hyundai’s most popular models, the Santa Fe, has not seen a redesign since 2019. According to recent footage obtained by a stealthy South Korean Youtuber, that is about to change. The all-new 2024 Santa Fe has been spotted, and it boasts a revamped look that is certain to turn heads. Before you head over to your local Hyundai dealer, here’s what you can look forward to with the all-new Santa Fe.

The Ultimate Sneak Peak

The Next generation Hyundai Santa Fe is already out and about as it’s getting tested in South Korea. Thanks to the power of YouTube and stealthy YouTuber 뻥태기TV, we’ve got a closer look at what the all-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe has to offer. The YouTube video offers some sneak peek shots of the Santa Fe’s redesign, and it has many drivers anticipating more.

Santa Fe Redesign Sports a Boxier Look

Glimpses of the all-new 2024 Santa Fe show an SUV that appears boxier than its predecessors. When spotted from the side, you really get a sense of the geometric appeal that Hyundai is aiming for. This look feels a bit outdated, as many models in its class still tout that sleek and sporty look. Despite this, the boxier body style appears to hold its own as a next-gen design.

Chunky rim design, detached roof rails, and a steep angled front windshield all lend to that aggressive and tough look that the new Santa Fe is leaning towards.

We also get quick glimpses into what the cabin of the redesigned Santa Fe has in store. While it’s not much to deduce, the interior offers what seems to be white leather upholstery. With this new redesign, drivers can expect to be met with upgraded interior comfort and tech options. A sleeker dashboard, a luxurious feel, and a large touchscreen infotainment system are all components drivers can bet on.

What’s Under the Hood?

The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe is expected to be offered in both a hybrid and plug-in hybrid option. It’s likely that Hyundai will stick with the current 1.6-liter TGDI engine-based hybrid and plug-in hybrid systems. Despite this, there will likely be enhancements that improve the overall capability and performance.

Currently, the hybrid model puts out a respectable 226 horsepower, and the plug-in hybrid system puts out an impressive 261 horsepower. With the stiff competition in the electric space, it’s likely that Hyundai will improve upon the Santa Fe’s current 13.8 kWh battery pack, which provides an EPA-estimate electric range of 30 miles.

When is the Release date of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe?

If you’re itching to take a look at the all-new Santa Fe for yourself, you might not have to wait long to visit your local Hyundai dealer. The all-new Santa Fe is expected to launch in the U.S. as early as the second half of 2023. Until then, drivers will have to wait and see what other teasers Hyundai lets out for their redesigned reveal.
